How do I pay for the coins in my collection?
It really depends on how you ordered your first coin.
- If you purchased online using a credit or debit card, then we’ll automatically process your payment using that same card once your 14-day Home Approval Service period is complete.
- If you ordered over the phone or by post, we accept payment by credit or debit card, cheque, or postal order.
The quickest and most secure option is to pay online using your credit or debit card by clicking here.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please complete the payment slip included with your coin and send it along with your payment to:

My card has been charged, but I haven’t received my coin yet; should I be worried?
Not at all!
Your card is charged once your coin has been quality checked, packaged and despatched by our dedicated team.
You should then receive your coin within 8-10 working days. If it hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please let us know.
-
I’ve chosen to pay in instalments, when will you debit my card?

I already paid online, but my invoice says that I need to pay, what do I do?

I sent my payment by post, but have just received a reminder letter. What should I do?
Nothing at all.
It’s more than likely that the reminder letter was sent just before we received your payment, and they crossed in the post.

How do I pay for a coin I want to keep?
If you paid for your first coin by credit or debit card, we will simply use the same payment method for subsequent coins in the collection.
If you would like to amend your payment instructions you may do so at any time, simply contact us on 0333 207 6836 and we will be more than happy to help.

Do you offer the option to pay for higher value coins by instalments?
Yes, we offer instalment plans on many of our products and are also happy to arrange credit facilities for our established collectors.
If you decide to pay for a coin with an instalment plan or credit agreement, we simply ask for prompt payment when invoices become due.
We do not charge interest on instalment plans, the price you pay is the same as if you had paid in full at the time of ordering.
If you’d like to take advantage of this option, then simply click the instalment button at the checkout stage. The number of instalments and price per instalment will appear under the Order Summary section before you place your order. After you have placed your order, your card will be charged for the first instalment, including postage and we will send your order out to you once we have received payment. The remaining balance will be split into equal interest-free monthly instalments and taken from the same card you used at the checkout. When paying in instalments for a collection, the next issue in the series will be shipped after all instalments for the previous issue are paid in full.
If you are using PayPal only the first instalment or item in a collection will be processed through PayPal. The subsequent instalments are not automatic, and we will send you an invoice in the post detailing your next required instalment. Subsequent payment unfortunately cannot be made through PayPal, only through a debit or credit card or cheque. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
You may pay the remaining balance at any time by clicking here.

What should I do if I can’t make a payment on my instalment plan or credit agreement?
We understand that circumstances do change over time so, if you find you are having difficulty paying an invoice, please contact us on 0333 207 6836 or email us at enquiries@heritagecoins.co.uk and we will assist however we can.
It is always better to get in touch for a chat as soon as you are aware that you may experience difficulty paying your invoice, as we are often more able to offer help before a payment becomes overdue.
Please be aware that should payments become overdue we will send you reminder letters requesting that you pay any overdue amounts.
Unfortunately you will also be liable for the cost of sending you these letters, which can be up to £22.50. If payment is not made in response to the reminder letters and it becomes necessary to instruct an agency, they may also pass on their costs of collection to you.
