Express Delivery Charges - FAQs

1. Information
   • If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge. We are not obliged to refund any additional costs you paid for express delivery.
   • If your order is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund of the goods and all delivery charges, including any express delivery fees you paid.
